Magic Mushroom in tatting

It is a decoration that also holds a shuttle & small ball of thread for tatting as well.

Not the kind of magic mushrooms I've heard about! Nice that it has a secret compartment for stashing your shuttle.

Suztats,
I don't know what kind of Magic Mushrooms you know about. But this one can make your shuttles appear & disappear....Only this one isn't eatable like the ones in the woods. LOL!

TypsTatting,
Believe it or not but it came from inside my head. Rather scary isn't it? That's where all on here has came from...so you know that is really frightful now! LOL!

Would you be willing to share the pattern I will understand if you dont want to. I just love them. I think you did a wonderful job making them.

TypsTatting,
I only made one mushroom. I don't have it wrote down on paper. When I get time I'll see about writing it down on paper. But you will have to wait for me to have time to do that. Ok? I'm sorry I make things & then when I have time I write the pattern down on paper.

TypsTatter,
I have to be honest with you about the fact that I don't have it wrote down. I didn't want to upset you over it. But it's the truth. I'm sorry.

As a tatter who's interested in 3-D items, I think this is really clever and to me looks like a festive cupcake!! And it's even functional! This would be a cute 'favor' for a party - although it looks like it took some time to tat!

I'm intrigued by your 'layered' rings effect - or is it sort of like celtic tatting, with chains intertwined? I'm trying to figure out how you did that on top!

It never ceases to amaze me how tatters come up with such unique ideas!

Kathy Niklweicz,
Well, it's more like tatting rings like dominoes staning up & lay like them when they lay down. It only took me about 3 days here & there to do. A cup cake...that's cool. I don't have it wrote down yet. Doing so will be what takes the longest to do. Right now I just don't have much free time to write things down.
Thankyou for your sugguestion on what it could be used as.

Thankyou, I'm so glad that you like it. It is very high in fiber,,,but not edible.
