A day is what you make of it, each holds adventures in anything you do just depends on how you look at it. Laugh each day, live life like it's your last. Smile & make others wonder what you know that they don't. Know it's ok to think outside the box when making crafts. I'm glad that I've listened to the advise of my good friend Judith C. about,"Living the Dream!" Cause I am.

bookmarks done by kids using tatting
Let kids make bookmarks using your practice pieces that you don't want to keep.
tatknots, Even little ones can make things with tatting. You just have to help them so their work makes them proud of being proud of the out come of their hard work.
Allison, I know if we let them make things with tatting when little, they might like to learn how to do it when they get older. Or enjoy making things when they get older no matter what it is, with their hands. Passing it forward by letting them have fun now.
I never throw any tatted pieces away, mistake or not, big or small, just save them and they may come handy to add to anything, from my children's collage pieces in the school to my ATCs!
Singtatter, Glad to know that I'm not the only one who does this with my practice piecs. Kids love to make things & this way they get to learn a little about tatting.
